Muhammad Ali Center Wedding

Back in April, I had the opportunity to second shoot for Samantha Bartlett Photography. Since coming to the area, it has been a joy to get to know photographers here. Samantha is so sweet and does beautiful photography. I so enjoyed spending the day with her and watching her use light and see the world differently at Dan and Leighann’s Muhammad Ali Center wedding.

I had actually never been to the Galt House or the Muhammad Ali Center, so it was really cool to finally get to visit those venues! Leighann got ready in a beautiful Galt House room with classic striped wallpaper and amazing views of the Ohio River. She was surrounded by her closest friends and family and it was a beautiful morning. Leighann had lost her mother in years prior and so there were a lot of really sweet moments in remembrance of her. <3

Dan and his fella’s got ready at the Muhammad Ali Center and also enjoyed their morning in a different way just hanging out at the museum and youtubing how to tie bow ties. They were an awesome group and I enjoyed photographing them as they prepared for the ceremony!

The event room on the top floor of the Muhammad Ali Center has absolutely breath-taking views of the city and Ohio. What a perfect spot for a ceremony with so much light, cityscape backdrop, and modern architectural details. Friends and family danced the night away on the spacious dancefloor with again, amazing views of the city at night.
