I’ve visited the gorgeous Castle & Key grounds a few times, but my favorite visit was for this classic Castle & Key fall wedding. I joined my friend Katie for this lovely day. She told me the story of how Meg & Brock had a small pandemic wedding and then waited years to actually have their originally planned wedding in the fall at Castle & Key Distillery. Well, it was worth the wait!
Meg has a sophisticated, refined style. She had her dress custom made for her. The neutral colors were so unique. Plus, the tassels on the back were the perfect touch; I was mildly obsessed. Brock looked quite handsome in his plaid bow tie as well. The whole day’s theme was birds and fish as they hold special meaning to the couple, which added a unique personal element to their day.
Enjoy my favorite photos from the day. I am in love with all the classic, refined details and natural Kentucky setting: fall and bourbon.
