Andrew & Kate: Broadus Chapel & CityPlace Wedding

Andrew & Kate’s wedding was the perfect way to end my 2017 wedding season. These two have a love for one another, their families, friends, and God like no other, and that was overwhelming evident in their wedding day.

From the start, Kate was calm and relaxed with her priorities on others making sure her bridesmaids ate lunch and had time to get ready. She hugged and waved to everyone. She’s the sweetest. Andrew may not have had quite the relaxing morning Kate had, but just one mention of marrying Kate and his face lit up. He was ready to have the love of his life be his wife.

Andrew & Kate had the sweetest first look with them both wiping a few tears. Their ceremony was the same with lots of tears flowing. Andrew’s family has a tradition of singing a hymn at the end of the ceremony while the parents pray for the couple. It was absolutely beautiful and is such a special addition to their ceremony. Family and friends came from near and far and it was such a lovely celebration. It was just such a wonderful, perfect day and I’m so thankful I was able to be a part of it.

Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Smith! I hope Lake Tahoe was amazing!
