Marcus & Samantha: Cousiac Manor Wedding

When driving to the Cousiac Manor, I got off 64 and thought, “I must almost be there.” But then I kept going, and going, and going…. until finally. There it was: set around lush, golden fields and sparkling, blue water. It took my breath away. What an incredible location for a wedding. Marcus and Sam had mentioned how beautiful the location was, but no words could really do it justice!

Sam is a planner, so it’s no surprise that she and her groom would choose an amazing location. But she also nailed everything else down to a T! The girls were ready way ahead of schedule allowing for maximum relaxing time. She even had an extra bridesmaids dress… just in case! There was even an extra bow tie for the guys. Whenever someone asked her a question, there was never a pause or an “I don’t know.” She immediately knew the answer! Guys, she was seriously on top of everything. I was so impressed!

Not only did Sam’s organizational skills rock, but so did her style. The entire morning as the bridesmaids watched Marcus and Sam’s vision unfold, they couldn’t stop raving about how everything looked so much like them. The picturesque venue. The blush table clothes. Sam’s mermaid gown. Marcus’s pink bow tie. It was all just perfectly Marcus & Sam.

One thing I had been looking forward to since we chatted at their engagements was the perfume and cologne. Marcus collects cologne and already knew at their engagements that he would get a new one for their wedding. Sam also enjoys perfume, so the two of them made choosing fragrances fun. Sam chose Marcus’s cologne and Marcus chose Sam’s perfume! And I thought that was too sweet! And, of course, a favorite detail to photograph.

Their whole day was filled with special touches just like that which made for a day they won’t ever forget. Enjoy perusing through these highlights and see for yourself a wedding made just for Marcus & Sam.
