Since it’s the off season and things are a little slower around here, I’ve decided to go back through my files and share a few more weddings with you all. I’ve stated before that I got my start in wedding photography by second shooting with a few very sweet, generous photographers. And I still love second shooting! I try to fill my weekends with my own weddings, but I also really enjoy shooting with other creatives, watching them work, and being inspired by other’s styles and directions.
Thankfully, my business has grown a ton and I’ve been busy with my own clients and weddings that I haven’t been able to share all of the second shooting work I’ve done. So today I’m reaching back into the archives all the way back to September 2014! I had the opportunity to second shoot with my friend, Dani, of Dani White Photography at the William & Mary Alumni House.
This wedding was so beautiful and produced my favorite dress shot of all time: still to this day a year and a half later! The library at William & Mary was the perfect room to hang a dress. Meagan also went all-out with her bridal details and reception decor which made for a beautiful day! Here are a few of my favorites of the day and a few of Dani doing her thing!
