Eck Family: James River Bridge Beach Mini Session

Picking up your family and moving across the country to a brand new location with no friends or family around has got to be one of the hardest seasons of life. And that’s just what the Ecks did last year. They lived in California for several years and started their family. But then they had to up and move all the way to Virginia! I couldn’t imagine moving that far!

After their move, they started attending our church, which has been a huge blessing! We love having both Bryan and Jennifer and their children at CBC. It’s been so fun getting to know them and building a friendship!

A few weeks ago, Jennifer explained to me how her family was coming for a visit and that they would love to have a short, casual family portrait session on the beach. Every time someone asks me to take portraits of their family, I feel SO honored. You are asking me to document precious moments of your family’s life and for that I am so grateful!

This session only lasted 30 minutes, but their family was just so fun that I ended up getting lots of causal shots of them talking, laughing, and playing in the sand.

Enjoy my favorites from our time together.

Love this picture of Carrie!

Bryan and Jennifer, thank you so much for letting me document your beautiful family!
